Social Services at ICS

Social Services for ICS Clients

The Social Services program provides referrals to resources and case management services for ICS clients

and immigrant survivors of human trafficking in the Portland area.

We aim to provide person-centered, trauma-informed case management to support participants in meeting basic needs, connecting with community resources, and working toward their self-identified goals. We recognize the resilience and strength of our clients and seek to tap into each participant’s strengths and community connections for long-term stability and success.

Services for Survivors of Trafficking

ICS contracts with the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants to provide comprehensive case management for immigrant survivors of human trafficking. For this contract, ICS receives participant referrals from national hotlines, area attorneys, and law enforcement, as well as internally from ICS legal workers.
