To complete the fillable forms on your cell phone, please follow these instructions:

On iPhone (iOS)

• Built-in Files App: Locate the PDF, tap it, and use the Markup (pencil icon) to fill in fields.

• Adobe Acrobat Reader: Download from the App Store, open the PDF, tap fields to add text, and use the pen icon to sign.

• Apple Books: You can also open PDFs in the Apple Books app to view and fill them.

On Android

• Adobe Acrobat Reader: Download from the Google Play Store, open the PDF, and tap the pencil icon to edit.

• Google Drive: Open the PDF in Drive, tap the "Edit" button, and select "Form Filling" to enter information.

• PDF Escape (Web): Use a web browser like Chrome to upload the PDF to PDF Escape for editing.
